    舍得在“词库制作”这一篇主要是向大家介绍，如何利用网上现有的词库资源，如各种背单词软件的词库，将它们转换成SuperMemo适用的格式。上篇讲的是词库转换工具的使用，中篇讲的是如何将转换好的文件变成SuperMemo的格式，下篇再继续讲一个将柯林斯分级词表转换成自己想要的格式，进一步阐述正则表达在词库整理中的应用，希望大家能够通过实例，掌握词库制作的一些技巧。

    一、工具和材料的准备

    首先，从网上下载几个工具和文件，文件名称和下载地址分别如下：

    1.词库转换工具MultiCovert 6.3：BiBiDu下载

    2.记事本工具EmEditor 8.04：BiBiDu下载

    3.从蒲公英（点击打开下载页面）下载一个轻轻松松背单词的词库，用作测试和练习：下载地址

    4.柯林斯分级词汇表的下载：Brsbox下载  | Brsbox下载2 | 纳米盘下载

    MultiCovert和Emeditor解压后需要安装，然后用压缩包中附带的注册机进行注册（EmEditor不需要注册机），具体的安装过程舍得在这里暂时略过，如果不会安装的朋友比较多，舍得再考虑详细讲解软件安装这一部分。

    将下载好的词库文件也解压到指定的文件夹，备用。

    另外，给大家分享一下舍得制作的精减版柯林斯分级词汇表，里面仅仅包含了词汇和英英解释：

    二、词库转换

    1.运行MultiCovert 6.3.

    2.这里我们要转换的是轻轻松松背单词的词库，点击界面上的轻轻松松背单词的图标，然后在打开的对话框里选择刚才下载的词库文件：

    3.选择单词转换选项中的“Tab文本”选项（如果不要音标的话，可以在文本属性选项中的“音标”这一项选中后，点击“－”按钮进行删除），如果你保留音标，则建议选中音标选项中的“金山词霸”，以方便以后调用金山词霸所用的“Kingsoft Phonetic Plain”字体：

   
    4.点击“开始转换”按钮，指定生成文件的保存位置：

    6.转换完成。

    
    这里我们得到的TAB格式文本就是我们下一步要用到的材料。欲知后事如何，且听下回分解。

一个软件要想用得顺手，掌握一些常用的快捷键是非常不错的方法，因为这将帮助你提高学习效率。

    SuperMemo2006里快捷键有200多个，但根据80：20理论和实际操作的经验，我们只要掌握一些最常用的就可以了。

    根据舍得的使用经验，将快捷键分为以下三类：最常用，常用和一般。

    我们先来介绍

    一、最常用的快捷键：

    数字键0－5：在学习单词的过程中，数字键0－5分别对应各自的级别，具体关系如下：

    数字键5 - Bright：你可以毫不犹豫地给出正确的答案。
    数字键4 – Good ：稍稍思考一下才给出正确的答案。
    数字键3 – Pass ：回忆起来特别困难，不确定意思对不对，但最后蒙对了。
    数字键2 – Fail ：不确定对不对，最后蒙错了，但你看到正确的答案以后却发现“哦，这个啊，我知道的”。
    数字键1 – Bad ：给出了错误的答案，而且对正确的答案也仅仅是看起来有点眼熟，基本上跟没印象差不多。
    数字键0 – Null ：对答案完全没有印象，更别提给出正确的答案了。
    有时候我们用鼠标点累了的时候，用用小键盘来操作可以缓解一下疲劳。而且，根据舍得的实际操作体会，使用小键盘来操作速度要比鼠标快得多，适合快速地“过滤”单词（不要告诉我你对小键盘的操作不熟悉，练练就熟了）。

   二、常用的快捷键：

   查看复习日程：Ctrl+W，出来的列表里将显示将来每天需要复习的词条数量。这个要重点推荐一下，当你开始学习之后，SuperMemo会根据你的选择（即那六个级别）来制订你的学习计划，你也可以通过打开“Tools->WorkLoad”菜单来实现同样的目的。然后双击“Reps”一栏里的数字（如图中的“215+0”）来浏览你当天要复习的单词。

 
   查找词条：Ctrl+F。当你在主界面或学习的界面下时，按下Ctrl+F就可以开始查找词条。在“Find Text”后面的文本框里输入你想要查的单词，点击“OK”开始搜索。

    点击“Detail”可以用打开（或关闭）高级的搜索，具体的操作容舍得在以后再向大家分享。

   恢复默认布局：Ctrl+F5。当你感觉界面的布局（layout)比较乱的时候，按下这个组合键可以帮助你恢复到默认的布局，轻轻按一下，眼前就清净了。

   三、一般快捷键：

   查看前一个词条：Alt+方向键左
   查看后一个词条：Alt+方向键右，注意当你在学习过程中按这一组快捷键时，会暂时退出学习。但没关系，重新点击“Learn”按钮，就可以接着刚才的进度学习下去。
   增加新词条：Alt+A。与点击“Learn”按钮边上的“Add New”按钮效果相同。

   删除词条：Ctrl+R，词条将从词库中永久删除（慎用）。
   忽略词条：Ctrl+D，如果你不想复习某些词条，同时又不想从词库里删除它，可以用这个功能。

   开始学习：Ctrl+L，与点击“Learn”按钮效果相同。
   开始复习：Ctrl+F2。这个用的比较少一点，一般当天有学习内容的时候，系统会自动先安排复习。

   在当前页面内查找：Ctrl+S。这个与前面讲的查找词条不一样，前面一个是在词库里查，这个是在当前页面里查。

   好了，先记这么多吧。 SuperMemo2006的快捷键有200多个，但这是舍得给大家整理出来的比较常用的一些。另外有大部分快捷键是我们平时学习很少用到的。如果大家有兴趣的话，可以上官方网站上下载SupetMemo的操作手册（英文版）来阅读。

　　加一些补充说明，下面附上所有的快捷键，是英文的，等有时间翻译成中文的。

Mouse shortcuts

• Click – edit component (e.g. to edit text)
• Shift+Click - Edit file (e.g. to edit pictures)
• Ctrl+Click - View file (e.g. to view a picture in the default viewer or view an HTML in the default browser)

• F9 – View the file associated with the component. For example, if you use MS Office, F9 on rich text components will start editing your texts in MS Word, and F9 on HTML components will use your default browser to view your HTML texts (see also: Ctrl+F9 for editing files)
• F11 – Random review or Random change (in a registry or browser)

Shift+key

• Shift+click – Drag the clicked component to the Component ClipBox
• Shift+Enter
  • in HTML components: single-spaced new line in HTML (tag <br>); Enter results in double-spacing (tag <p>)
  • in the contents window: View the currently focused element; Enter can also be used if the element has not children  
• Shift+Tab – Move to the previous option or option group
• Shift+F3 – Search for leeches
• Shift+F4 – Import mail from MS Outlook for incremental reading
• Shift+F8 – Import web pages or pictures from the currently running instances of Internet Explorer
• Shift+F12 – Quick backup

Ctrl+key

  • in text, RTF and spelling components: view the translation
  • in script components: Edit the file
  • in HTML, image, sound, and video components: View the file in the associated application
• Ctrl+Up – go to the parent of the current element

    好了，各位朋友，从今天开始，我们将一步一步展开SuperMemo这个软件的学习。首先，使用这个软件不要对它是纯英文的界面感到担忧，因为我会帮助你，我会告诉你你如何去做，你会发现你甚至不需要熟悉界面上的大多数的那些英文。其次，要牢牢记住，如何让这款软件帮助你学习和成长才是最关键的。让我们从最基础的操作开始，循序渐进，直到掌握我教给你的每一个实用的技巧。

   
一、安装

    安装过程如下：（以supermemo2006.rar的安装为例）
    1.首先把压缩包下载下来，在C盘或D盘下新建一个目录：supermemo。（建议不要放在C盘，防止系统重装导致数据丢失）然后把附件里的内容解压缩到新建的目录里面。
    2.然后进入supermemo文件夹下，打开sm2006进入主程序，现在程序显得很复杂，没关系，一会就告诉你怎么让它变得简单。
    第一次使用需要注册，你通过程序的File->Installation->input Password（或者同时按住Ctrl+Shift+i）打开注册菜单，然后输入注册码（输入：“20YearSM!-”不含双引号。）按下回车就注册好了
    3.注册完成以后就是导入词库了（以Collins词库为例）打开Collins的压缩包，把所有文件都解压出来，你会看到几个文本文件，分别是Collins0-5级的词汇。其中，文件名后面有E的表示只有英文解释，没有E的表示有中文解释，记住放文件的位置。
    然后回到supermemo2006软件里，打开菜单下的File->Import->Q&A txt，然后打开刚才解压出来的Collins5.txt（之后有一段比较长的导入过程）
    注：如果没有看到File-Import选项，这个时侯就需要到File->Level下打开Professional，上面的内容就会出现了。
    现在前期最麻烦的设置过程就完成了，下面开始学习过程。为了让现在复杂的界面变得简单一点，你可以通过点击菜单上的File->Level->Beginger(或Basic）来让菜单简化。

    现在整个软件应该是像下面的图片一样(原来的背景是白色的，我嫌太刺眼，改成了这个颜色）：

    注：Collins分级词典是根据日常英语中词汇出现的频率分成了0-5，6个等级，其中5级是最常用的词汇，4级是稍微少见一点的词汇，以此类推。为什么推荐这个词库呢？有两个理由，第一，这个词库是按照平常使用的词频来分类的，学习的时候循序渐进，比较有成就感。第二，这个词库是用语料库编写出来的，里面的用法都是现实生活中使用的用法，里面的英文解释也是用例句的形式来解释单词的含义。所以看完词的解释之后就能明白这个词语应该怎么用了。

 二、使用

    首先点击主界面上的Learn按钮：

    他可能会问你：do you want to learn new materail（你要学习新的材料吗？），如下图：

    点yes就好。

    然后你会看到一个英文单词，你看到这个词后试着去回想它的意思，想完以后点击Show Answer。

    看看想到的意思和词语的解释是否一样？
    根据记忆程度分别从Bright,Good,Pass,Fail,Bad,Null里面选一个按钮。

    可以说，你使用SuperMemo学习时唯一要做的就是这件事：根据自己对单词的熟悉程度，从这六个级别里挑一个最合适的，这六个级别的判断标准是：

    5 – Bright – excellent response; correct answer given without hesitation
    你可以毫不犹豫地给出正确的答案。
    4 – Good – correct response given after some consideration
    稍稍思考一下才给出正确的答案。
    3 – Pass – response recalled with difficulty, perhaps slightly incorrect
    回忆起来特别困难，不确定意思对不对，但最后蒙对了。
    2 – Fail – incorrect response which makes you say: I knew it!
    不确定对不对，最后蒙错了，但你看到正确的答案以后却发现“哦，这个啊，我知道的”。
    1 – Bad – wrong response in the situation when the correct one still seemed somewhat familiar
    给出了错误的答案，而且对正确的答案也仅仅是看起来有点眼熟，基本上跟没印象差不多。
    0 – Null – complete blackout; you even do not recall ever knowing the answer
    对答案完全没有印象，更别提给出正确的答案了。

    这六个级别的选择是整个SuperMemo中最精彩的部分！SuperMemo的算法系统将根据你的选择来安排你的学习计划，这一切，都是根据一个严谨的算法来的，所采取的原理呢，就是大名鼎鼎的艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线。你掌握得比较好的单词，花在它身上的时间自然要比掌握差得单词少得多，这样你就能够将更多的精力“聚焦”到那些“差”的单词上。就这么简单。

    所以在学习过程中，最关键的，一定要诚实面对自己，不要为了省事把不会的词设成会的，也没必要为了多重复把会的词设成不会的。程序会给你安排一个合理的复习频率的。

    然后点击next repetition进入下一个词的学习。

    如果一时手快，选错了的话，还可以在这个界面上选择“Cancel Grade”按钮来进行重选，或者从最右边的下拉列表框中重新选择相应的级别：

    好，现在新学了一些词了以后，需要进行复习的时候。你就在学完一个词以后点击Stop键。他会问你是否要Final drill，点OK进行复习：

    复习的过程跟前面的一样，不过程序会选择你之前没有记住的词不断的考查你。直到你把所有词都标记成good或者bright为止。具体要多少遍自己掌握，不必一口吃成胖子，非得在一次的学习内把所有的单词都记到“Bright”这个级别，这不现实，也不科学。

    这样当天的任务就完成了。以后的学习过程就是跟第一天的步骤差不多，程序会自动安排你需要复习的词汇，你需要做的事情只有三件：
    1.点击Learn复习过去的词汇（在初次使用的2-3天后才会有需要复习的词汇）；
    2.学习新词；
    3.复习当天不会的词汇，一直到它说Nothing more to learn为止。

    当学完一个词库后就导入下一个词库。

    每天点击Learn以后最好再按一下Ctrl+F11，这样可以按照随机的顺序背单词，以免以后你只能在顺着看到单词的时候才认识它。

关于备份学习进度：

    当你背到“Nothing more to learn”以后，你可以做一次备份，备份有三种方法，第一种是最快的，就是选择“File->Export->Learning process”,按照提示选择一个地方保存，要恢复的时候只要选择“File->Import->Learning process->Text File”，从你原先保存的位置将文件导入即可；第二种是选择“File->Tools->Quick Backup”,或者按快捷键“Shift+F12”，系统会问你要保存在哪里，默认的话就是保存在安装文件夹下的一个叫Backup的文件夹里；第三种是选择“File->Copy Collection”，或者按快捷“Ctrl+Shift+C”来备份，二、三两种方法更多的不是备份学习进度，而是整个词库了。（经过舍得的实际测试，第三种方法备份一个1500词条左右的词库－不含什么音频文件－备份时间在12秒左右，平时如果要备份的话，建议使用第一种方法。）

    最后再重复一遍每天需要做的内容：
    1.打开SuperMemo，点击Learn，复习以前学过的词（系统自动安排）。这个过程无论如何都必须当天完成。（这部分学完后会自动学习新词）

    2.学完以后再点击learn会问你：Do you want to learn new materail？点OK，开始学习新词；

    3.学了一定数量的新词以后点Stop，它会问你：Final drill？（复习吗？）点OK，把学习的新词和之前需要复习的内容复习一遍。

    小提示：一开始先不要每天背太多，否则到后面需要复习的时候会忙不过来。可以先少背一点，一两周以后根据使用的情况酌情增加。
