<p align="left">　　每天最少做 5 分钟 以上。有空就做！每一指与指相碰，且各作30秒正、反转动作。</p>
<p align="left">　　绕指时，一定要想象着各系统的协调作用，如下： 姆指  代表：语言系统。</p>
<p align="left">　　在作姆指互绕时，想象着语言系统的圆融性，多元性与操作语言的能力。</p>
<p align="left">　　食指  代表：心像系统的演练在绕指时，想象着心像、图像、景像在大脑中的颜色、情节、范围。</p>
<p align="left">　　中指  代表：情感系统 就是情绪与感情在大脑中所产生的感觉。</p>
<p align="left">　　无名指  代表：自律神经系统 就是我们身体内脏各器官与器官自行运作的自律神经系统。</p>
<p align="left">　　小指  代表：运动神经系统 包括全身的关节与肌肉神经的运动。</p>
<p align="left">　　注意事项：</p>
<p align="left">　　1。 开始练习时，不要求快，只要求顺。</p>
<p align="left">　　2。 第三次练习时，可要求加快绕指的速度。</p>
<p align="left">　　3。 计算每分钟可绕指的次数。</p>
<p align="left">　　4。 每次绕指时，务必想象各指所代表的系统5。 绕指时，一方面也想象着各系统的提升和调协。</p>
<p align="left">　　6。 绕指运动，除了正转外，亦可反转的训练，不拘形式，其重点就是藉由手指的末梢神经互动，而促使大脑左、右活动起来。</p>
<p align="left">　　我们将绕指运动纳入整个速读的训练，就是要将全身各部位做整体的刺激，并提高整体的运作能力熟练五大系统的整合能力与运用，并想象任何一个系统都发挥各自的潜力与潜能。</p>
<p align="left">　　在绕指运动的训练中，随时的提醒自已多注意：</p>
<p align="left">　　1。 手指在互绕时，尽量不相碰。</p>
<p align="left">　　2。 已经很顺畅时，慢慢的增加绕指的速度。</p>
<p align="left">　　3。 如果以上的动作已经难不倒您时，试试绕单数指或双数指，练习控制的能力。</p>
