<p>　　如何更好地集中注意力是我们这篇文章的主题。再任何管理时间的计划里最最主要的障碍就是一天之中人们能集中精神多久的能力。你曾刚到你不象自己了么？或者是思维原地转圈任何事都做不成。</p>
<p>　　不能集中注意是散乱思维的一个普遍原因。如果你的精神不是很坚定很能兼顾多个事情，那么你将无法在一段比较长的时间里持续集中注意力。精神训练可以帮助你， 因为它可以加强你集中注意力的能力。</p>
<p>　　这有3种训练，可以帮助你建立一个强大儿清晰的注意力能力，并且他们会教你如何提高集中注意力的能力。</p>
<p><font color="#000080"><strong>　　1）加强关注的训练</strong>：每天两次，集中精神想一个特别的东西，持续5到10分钟。</font>这个东西应该有一些你能想象出来的细节，也应该不要过于复杂，让你能想象出来它是什么样子。比如，一个苹果，一支铅笔，你的孩子或者宠物的脸，你房子的外观，等等。找一个不会让你陷入想象的困惑中而又需要你使劲想才能想清楚细节的物体去想象。想象出一个这个物体的很强的形象，如何尝试把你的注意力放在这个你想象的形象上，在不看原物的情况下，持续5到10分钟。</p>
<p>　　开始很难，因为你的大脑还没受过相关训练。不相关的想法和形象会不时地跳出来，并且你必须控制住你自己不能再看原物。别让这些就阻挡了你！记得么，你和这个东西斗争的唯一原因就是你还没法集中注意力，如果你每天都坚持这样做，你会越来越发现做这个简单。你提高了越多，你就会越发发现这些东西简单。这个可以是如何提高你集中注意能力的第一步么？</p>
<p><font color="#000080"><strong>　　2）清空你的思绪：</strong>另一个让你集中不了精神的罪魁祸首是分散开的想法。</font>你曾试过有一百万件事再你脑子里打转，而且你却尝试记住每一件事，但你也再不停地忘记么？清理你的思绪可以很好地处理那些散落的想法。再你做这个训练之前，列一个你觉得你应该记住的事情的单子。这个单子可以帮助你在你抛弃那些散乱想法的感觉更舒服。</p>
<p>　　然后，花5到10分钟，让你的思绪平静下来。尽管这种方法叫清你的思绪，但你真的无法完全清空你的思绪。你脑子里得各种想法都会穿过思绪。不过，你可以忽略他们，让他们简单地过去。你就可以成为一个负责计数的观察者，看着你的想法一个个走过去。你肯定意识到你有着各种想法，但你却从来没有关上门仔细地思考一下这些想法。你就简单地坐在一个空间里，你的各种想法从你身边平静地流过。这种感觉很难描述，但你一旦掌握你就会发现一种非常强大的技术，他能快速帮你缓解压力集中精神。如何提高集中注意力的能力的建议第一眼看上去可能很容易，但他们很难做到。</p>
<p><font color="#000080"><strong>　　3）把你的想象可视化：</strong>如果你有一个很重要的目标或者任务要达成，并且你对你的能力不是很有信心，那么首先将它可视化！</font>许多研究证实了可视化的力量，这些研究一般可以达成的共同点就是再脑子里一遍一遍地演习训练和在显示中一遍一遍训练是一样的。所以可视化的想象强大到可以帮助你实践和掌握任何事&mdash;&mdash;包括更好的时间管理。</p>
