<p>最后总结一下这100天时间里利用早睡早起的习惯完成了什么事，周一到周五自由支配的时间，能固定每天3个小时左右，周末时间不定，上班和出差中的空闲时间没有过于详细的统计。</p>

<p>只大致计录了跟学习有关的时间，其它方面比如工作、家庭、朋友上的时间缺少详细记录，无法进一步统计。</p>

<h3><strong><font color="#ff8000">一、时间统计</font></strong></h3>

<p>1、BLOG更新：</p>

<p>时间：2011年6月1日--2011年9月7日</p>

<p>数据：两个BLOG，一共120篇&#160;&#160;&#160; 战隼的学习探索：74篇，读书笔记：46篇 。每篇日志平均耗时20分钟左右，合计2400分钟=40个小时。</p>

<p>（注：这个时间不包括搜索资料、思考和写作的时间，这些时间我无法精确统计，只是排版和发表。）</p>

<p>2、看书： 105本 ，书籍简评：90篇，读书笔记38篇，思维导图完成了8个，还有一些只做了一部分。</p>

<p>估计时间花费在300个小时以上，每天看书做笔记固定是2小时左右，在做车、排除或其它空间时间也会看，没有办法计算详细时间。</p>

<p>3、外语：每天固定学习30分钟，最少花费50小时。其它的外语学习时间包括听力或看英文童话书，时间不固定，因为没有每天坚持，时间无法统计。</p>

<p>4、学习时间统计：390个小时，平均每天3小时50分钟。这个习惯比我年初统计的时间，提高了50分钟。</p>
<p>总结：这些时间基本把现在的生活方式中空闲时间已经利用的差不多了，我的目标就是尽量控制自己每天保证3小时左右的自我提升时间。这个时间如果再多一点就会跟其它时间产生冲突。尽量保证就足够了。</p>

<h3><strong><font color="#ff8000">二、奖励</font></strong></h3>
<p>我在上次的文章结尾时说过习惯完成后，给自己买个大玩具，奖励一下。一般完成目标后会给自己一个奖励，可能是一次旅游、一顿美食、一件衣服或东西。</p>

<h3><font color="#ff8000"><strong>三、行动模型</strong></font></h3>
<p>我在坚持这个习惯时使用的行动模型，现在大致分为四步：</p>
<p>1、确认目标，进行任务分解。标准是不要过于容易或太难，最好是比现在高一点，需要努力才行。</p>
<p>2、问题分析。针对可能遇到的问题，想出应对办法。</p>
<p>3、行动。记录情况，定期总结，根据总结的问题，进一步调整和执行，不断重复这个过程。</p>
<p>4、总结。不管完成或失败，需要全面评估得失，看看哪里做得不好。</p>
<p>5、奖励自己。</p>

<h3><font color="#ff8000"><strong>四、其它</strong></font></h3>
<p>能保持这个习惯有很大的运气，没有遇到太大的问题，否则有再好的准备，一旦遇到无法控制的问题也没有办法坚持到100天。</p>

<p>以前看一个国内的时间利用情况分析报告：</p>
<p>一天虽然是只有24个小时，其中睡觉8小时，工作8小时，有效时间可能只是4-6小时（有时会更少）。吃饭、洗漱和其它时间4小时。4小时空余或休闲时间。人和人之间的区别就在这几个小时，<a href="http://www.read.org.cn/html/1396-improved-a-little-compound-interest-every-day.html">每天改进一点点=复利</a>，你可以从<a href="http://www.read.org.cn/html/1376-achieve-learning-goals.html">每天10分钟和每周总结帮助你达成学习目标</a>。</p>

<p>虽然我昨天分析了很多，但一定要记住一点：<strong>不要等一切都完美了之后再去行动，决定后就可以行动，在行动中调整</strong>。</p>

<h3><strong><font color="#ff8000">第一周总结：5月30日---6月5日</font></strong></h3>

<p>总体上来说感觉比较混乱，处于习惯调整过程中，</p>

<p>早睡都是10：30之前，但早起时间只有2天在5点，剩下在5点20之后，有一天睡到6：20才清醒。还好那天把所有事情都处理完了。</p>

<p>早上起来后读书，效率很好，非常容易集中注意力。</p>

<p>第一周前5天，上午身体有难受，不习惯，再坚持几周看看。</p>

<p>虽然我昨天分析了很多，但一定要记住一点：<strong>不要等一切都完美了之后再去行动，决定后就可以行动，在行动中调整</strong>。</p>
<h3><strong><font color="#ff8000">第一周总结：5月30日&#8212;6月5日</font></strong></h3>
<p>总体上来说感觉比较混乱，处于习惯调整过程中，</p>
<p>早睡都是10：30之前，但早起时间只有2天在5点，剩下在5点20之后，有一天睡到6：20才清醒。还好那天把所有事情都处理完了。</p>
<p>早上起来后读书，效率很好，非常容易集中注意力。</p>
<p>第一周前5天，上午身体有难受，不习惯，再坚持几周看看。</p>

<h3><font color="#ff8000"><strong>第二到第四周总结：6月6日-6月26日</strong></font></h3>
<p>身体开始能适应这种感觉了，上午的时候感觉比第一周要好，把工作和学习中主要的事都尽量安排在清晨和上午10半之前。</p>
<p>中午吃完饭后，出去走走，尽量小睡一学。不低于5分钟，不超过30分钟。</p>
<p>5：00准时起床有8天，剩下都在5：15第二次闹钟响起后起来。起床时间还要再次提高。</p>
<p>调整期6月份的BLOG发的不多，<a href="http://www.read.org.cn" target="_blank">战隼的学习探索</a> ：10篇，<a href="http://www.write.org.cn" target="_blank">读书笔记</a>：3篇</p>

<h3><strong><font color="#ff8000">第二个月总结：7月份</font></strong></h3>
<p>基本上已经调整过来，晚睡时间固定，9点多身体就变困了，早上的时候有一半的时间能在5点起床。</p>
<p>周末也要保持节奏，坚持早睡早起。</p>
<p>（1）懒床不可以超过6点。</p>
<p>（2）每周让自己休息一天，周末的时候不更新博客</p>
<p>（3）有时间去图书馆待上半天或几小时</p>
<p>出差的时候保持习惯，跟同事合住也要保持早睡早起。</p>
<p>（1）9点半完成洗漱，洗个热水澡，</p>
<p>（2）10点前上床睡觉。</p>
<p>（3）访问过慢时第二天早上补打吧。</p>
<p>（4）晚饭不要吃得过饱，晚上出去到处逛逛。</p>

<p>每天一本书继续坚持，但有时简评没有时间写。</p>
<p>（1）看书时，顺手用手机拍照</p>
<p>（2）看完书，简评记到笔记本</p>
<p>（3）周末拿出时间，补充一周的简评。</p>
<p>参加腾迅的开放邮件定阅活动，竟然6篇文章才更新一次。好吧，要努力增加BLOG的更新次数了。</p>
<p>7月份的BLOG更新非常多：<a href="http://www.read.org.cn" target="_blank">战隼的学习探索</a> ：19篇，<a href="http://www.write.org.cn" target="_blank">读书笔记</a>：18篇</p>

<h3><strong><font color="#ff8000">第三个月总结：8月份</font></strong></h3>
<p>习惯基本养成，开始进入保持阶段。能感到到自己的精力非常充沛。可以合理分配精力。</p>
<p>注意事项：不出差时周一早上会堵车，要7点出家门，6点半吃饭。5：40或6点开始做饭。</p>
<p>写了几次标书，早上4点起床3次。早上处理事项效率很高。准备少加班，早睡。</p>
<p>5：00起床时候超过3/2，有时4：50就能起床。</p>
<p>8月份的BLOG更新继续保持高速：<a href="http://www.read.org.cn" target="_blank">战隼的学习探索</a> ：20篇，<a href="http://www.write.org.cn" target="_blank">读书笔记</a>：20篇，平均每天1.3篇</p>

<p>儿子入学了，9月份开始上学，以后每天早上5：40要开始做饭，让儿子6点多起床，6：30开始吃饭，7点从家走。</p>
<p>坚持100天后，花时间总结一下。</p>

<p>时间用完，还有最后一篇总结，下周二发。</p>
<p>习惯完成后，给自己买个大玩具，奖励一下。</p>

<p>在决定开始开始这个习惯之前， 我花了时间分析了一下可能会遇到的问题，并列出应对办法：</p>

<h3><font color="#ff8000">1、时间不够</font></h3>

<p>如果是每天10点半睡觉，每天早晨的时间会比较少。这个时间段内可能无法完成太多的事。</p>

<p>结论：分析一下，发现以前的习惯是先花1、2个小时上网，然后再看书或学习。如果控制自己不上网，时间还是比较充足的。</p>

<h3><font color="#ff8000">2、每天一本书的计划无法坚持</font></h3>

<p>一天3个小时左右，再加入其它安排可能会看不完一本书。</p>

<p>结论：看了一下以前的阅读记录，集中精力的情况下200页左右的畅销书会控制在1时30分钟内完成，特殊的书时间会更长一点。</p>

<p>（1）每天练习用时间限制和呼吸来集中注意力。</p>

<p>（2）实在看不完，就找本绘图本来看，先提前准备些绘图本。</p>

<p>（3）笔记可以分开做，先做简评</p>

<p>（4）同时看多本书。</p>

<p>（5）多利用零散时间看书。比如做车、排队、等人</p>

<p>在决定开始开始这个习惯之前， 我花了时间分析了一下可能会遇到的问题，并列出应对办法：</p>
<h3><font color="#ff8000">1、时间不够</font></h3>
<p>如果是每天10点半睡觉，每天早晨的时间会比较少。这个时间段内可能无法完成太多的事。</p>
<p>结论：分析一下，发现以前的习惯是先花1、2个小时上网，然后再看书或学习。如果控制自己不上网，时间还是比较充足的。</p>
<h3><font color="#ff8000">2、每天一本书的计划无法坚持</font></h3>
<p>一天3个小时左右，再加入其它安排可能会看不完一本书。</p>
<p>结论：看了一下以前的阅读记录，集中精力的情况下200页左右的畅销书会控制在1时30分钟内完成，特殊的书时间会更长一点。</p>
<p>（1）每天练习用时间限制和呼吸来集中注意力。</p>
<p>（2）实在看不完，就找本绘图本来看，先提前准备些绘图本。</p>
<p>（3）笔记可以分开做，先做简评</p>
<p>（4）同时看多本书。</p>
<p>（5）多利用零散时间看书。比如做车、排队、等人</p>
<p>&#160;</p>
<h3><strong><font color="#ff8000">3、特殊情况</font></strong></h3>
<p>我会尽量控制所有有控制的事，但遇到控制的事情，没有办法。只能从新开始这个习惯了。会尽力想出应对办法。</p>
<p>（1）陪朋友或客户吃饭（应对办法：早点吃饭，一定要控制在9点半之前结束饭局）</p>
<p>（2）孩子生病去医院。（应对办法：这个没有办法，多注意孩子的身体，减少感冒次数。尽量每天晚上给孩子捏脊和按摩）</p>
<p>（3）出差时做晚上的飞机、火机和大客。（应对办法：控制时间安排，提前估算行程，安排出行时以白天为主，除非特殊原因晚上不做车）</p>
<p>（4）工作加班。（应对办法：列出完成目标的具体指标。早睡，第二天早起，在早上完成所有工作）</p>

<h3><font color="#ff8000"><strong>4、可能会睡不着</strong></font></h3>
<p>（1）看些睡眠方面的书，找些办法，一个一个去试，找出对自己有效的办法。</p>
<p>（2）睡前用泡脚盆泡脚，出汗后很容易困</p>
<p>&#160; (3) 通过深呼吸，让身体放松</p>
<p>（4）睡前洗个热水澡</p>
<h3><font color="#ff8000">5、无法坚持这个计划</font></h3>
<p>（1）家人的支持。跟老婆说了这个计划，老婆同意进行监督和配合。10点左右完成洗漱，到时如果没有睡觉的话，老婆来关电脑。</p>
<p>（2）定时关机。找到定时关机软件，定下每天关机时间，到时自动关闭电脑。</p>
<p>（3）公开承诺。在微博在每天打卡，让更多的人来监督我。</p>
<p>（4）坚定信念。一定会尽力控制所有安排，每天准时上床睡觉。</p>
<h3><font color="#ff8000">6、会没有时间更新两个BLOG</font></h3>
<p>（1）利用平时的零散时间来写或搜索资料</p>
<p>（2）提前在想好写作的内容</p>
<p>（3）用记事本来记录点子、写作内容、列出提纲</p>
<p>（4）不定期更新博客</p>
<p>（5）把思维导图博客做成文档模块。</p>
<p>（6）使用WP插件来减少优化步骤，有些内容自动完成。</p>

<p>从5月31日开始坚持这个习惯，到9月7日正好是100天，早睡早起习惯养成，身体已经习惯这个规律，晚上到10左右身体就开始犯困，想睡觉，早上到5点左右会自动清醒。今年年初定下年度目标又完成一个，做个总结。</p>

<p>很多人都知道21天养成一个习惯的方法，但这个说法并不正确。不是所有的习惯都可以在21天养成，不同的人、习惯、环境，所需要天数也不一样。小一点的习惯需要1个月左右。大一点的习惯，有时需要2-3个月或半年，我通常把比较难培养的习惯用坚持100天当成习惯养成的目标。</p>

<h3><font color="#ff8000"><strong>晚睡的原因：</strong></font></h3>

<p>1、习惯。从上18、19岁左右开始晚睡到现在有10多年时间一直都是晚上11、12点或1点才睡觉，一直觉得自己精力充沛的时间是半夜。</p>

<p>2、心理因素：老妈从很多年前就一直在跟我说，晚上一定要9、10点钟就要睡觉，我从来不以为意，认为没有什么大不了。</p>

<p>3、家庭原因：特别是等自己有了孩子之后，如果不出差下班回家就要6点多，然后做饭，吃饭，陪孩子（玩，学习，讲故事），收拾房间，洗漱这一切都完成之后，就要9点多，有时候会10点多。这时再上网或看书，就又过了1、2个小时。然后再更新博客、做些笔记或学会英语，一眨眼就半夜了。</p>

<p>1、对身体损伤很大。20多岁的时候身体很好，没有任何不良感觉，总觉得没事。但等到了30岁的时候，开始能感觉出来常年的晚睡、久座和不运动，对身体影响很大。跑步、游戏、打球都不能坚持很长时间，经常活动一段时间就会感觉没有力气。</p>
<p>2、早餐吃的不好。晚上1点睡早上要7点钟起床，经常没有时间做早饭，只能随便买些早点。有时没有时间就不吃早餐了。现在的食品安全情况大家都知道，不管是吃的垃圾食品还是不吃，对自己都没有任何好处。</p>
<p>3、上午工作效率不高。因为晚睡，上午会没有精神。我经常会遇到上午开会、汇报工作、总结跟用户沟通，有时精力不集中就会错过某些需要注意的情况。身体一直到10点多才会调整过来，可惜只有1个小多小时就要吃饭了。上午的时间工作效率不高。</p>
<p>4、其它问题：长时间的晚上还导致其它问题，比如发胖、皮肤不好、有眼袋。虽然我是已婚男人，但一定要注意自己的形象，不希望自己有一天会变成不良大叔的样子。</p>

<h3><font color="#ff8000"><strong>计划开始：</strong></font></h3>
<p>去年年末的时候，列了几个年度计划和目标，其中一个目标就是今年要养成早起早睡的习惯。结果从1月份到来5月份一直在找各种借口，也开始陆续早睡，但一直没有坚持下来。终于5月末的时候下定决定，开始坚持这个习惯，目标100天。</p>
<p>刚发现，第一天是5月30日，不是31日，昨晚就已经是100天了。</p>

<p>每天晚上睡觉的时候就会想到，在微博上有几千人在看着，马上去打卡，然后上床睡觉。</p>
<p>唯一遇到的问题：有时晚上10点多，访问微博时速度很慢，半天没有反应，没法记录。第二天早起后补录一下。后来有网友提醒说，可以把手机跟微博绑定，用手机打卡比较方便，但一直没用。下回可以试试看。</p>

  <br />从经济指标，到年龄指标，到高考招生指标，凡是可以计算的，都有指标。什么十一五规划，十二五规划，再过940年，等我们回头审视这些计划时，它们的意义在哪里呢？</p>
<p>
  </p>
<h3>该设定个详细的计划吗？</h3>

  <br />心理学家对目标设定这个熊熊时尚亦有贡献。他们在七、八十年代开展了有大量研究以指导人们如何应对目标。著名心理学家 班杜拉和西蒙 （1977） 很早就做过一个减肥实验。他们招募了一些超重人士，平均大约超重50％。跟世界上所有其他的胖子一样，这些人也很难改变自己的饮食习惯——好多人从小胖到大。 </p>
<p></p>
<p>实验中，一些人被告知要尽自己最大努力减少其食物摄入量。而另外一些则给他们定了详细的目标。四周之后，那些设定了详细目标的参与者减去的体重是另外一些人的两倍！ </p>
<p>
  <br />详细的计划看来确实更有效，这在后来的很多领域也都得到了证明。通过给员工设定详细的目标，食品制造工厂降低了工伤的数目；呼叫中心减少了员工的病假；提升了工作表现。在以工程师和科学家为样本的研究中也发现，设定明确具体的目标比告诉他们“尽力搞吧”更明显提高工作绩效。 </p>
<p>
  <br />通过设定详细的目标，生理机能和认知能力似乎双双得到提高。 </p>
<p>
  <br />详细的目标可以使任务的每个结点更清晰。要求下属尽最大的努力，其实是告诉他们不必很努力。因为无论结果如何，他们都可以说“我们尽力了啦”，“输球没输人”。他们认为的“尽力”可能跟领导期望的完全两样。 </p>
<p>
  </p>
<h3>先别急着设定详细的目标！ </h3>

  <br />详细的目标也有副作用。亚利桑那大学的奥多涅斯和一些其他高校商学院研究者认为，它扭曲了人们的风险偏好，损害了完成任务的内在动机，甚至导致人们做出不诚实的举动。他们列出了详细目标的副作用： </p>
<ul>
<li>太详细了 ：太详细的计划容易使人固着在某一个目标上，只见树木不见森林，导致缺乏全局的考虑。 </li>
<li>太多了 ：面对很多目标时，人们倾向于将注意力集中在容易的目标上，而决定项目质量的又往往是那些不怎么容易实现的目标。 </li>
<li>太短了 ：任务分解得越细，实现每个目标的周期就越短。着眼短期的目标限制了你将眼光看得更长远。为什么雨天很难打到车？因为出租车司机雨天的工作时间较短。这又 是为什么？因为许多出租车司机每天工作的时间长短根据赚钱的速度决定。他们往往有一个预定收入目标，一旦达到目标就收工回家。下雨时，出租车大部分时间在 载客，达到目标收入需要时间较短。为什么利润高的时候反而减短工作时间呢？因为阶段性的目标已经实现了。如果他们把收入目标制定的更长 远——比如1个月 ——情况就不一样了。 </li>
</ul>

  <br />有道理呢！但是常看果壳网的你，怎么会这么容易陷入“ 证实思维 ”呢？这么干巴巴的理论会不会不太靠谱啊？ </p>
<p>
  <br />但是，我的好朋友波鸿鲁尔大学教育心理系的沃思（Joachim Wirth）先生和他的同事们做了一个靠谱的研究。他们让200多名15岁的学生在电脑模拟的实验环境中做一个物理实验。实验中，学生们可以把不同大小的立方体放入不同密度的液体内，观察它们的浮沉情况。经过反复尝试和记录，最后画出一张体积、密度、浮力等变量之间的关系图谱。这个实验里一共存在着14组变量之间的关系（比如，立方体体积越大，浮力也越大），学生需要把它们都找出来。 </p>
<p>
  <br />沃思将实验任务分为两类：一类设定了详细的目标（14个具体目标，比如“立方体的体积跟它受到的浮力有何关系？找出问题的答案并记住它”），另一类没有设定详细目标（3个目标，比如“为什么有的立方体放在水里会下沉呢？找出问题的答案并记住它”）。 </p>
<p>
  <br />结果，没有设定详细目标的学生表现出了更好的学习能力和更低的认知负荷。这些学生在解决问题时能同时采用问题解决和学习的策略。而那些设定了详细目标的学生们则仅仅聚焦于解决问题，对于实验中学到的知识记忆并不好。 沃思认为如果希望让孩子们学到一些东西，就不要给他们设定过于明确和详细的目标，这可以降低他们的认知负荷，使他们更轻松的从任务中学到一些知识和技巧。 </p>

<h3>我们该如何设定目标？ </h3>

  <br />也许你已经发现了，那些主张为任务设定详细目标的研究主要集中在组织管理心理学的领域，通常以绩效来评价目标设定的效果。它认为领导应该给员工设定具体详细可操作的目标，才能发挥员工最大的价值。毫无疑问这是有益于企业效益的。 </p>
<p>
  <br />但对于个人却不尽然。当你为各种目标拼命时，其实已经变成了一台机器，只是被用来完成任务。任务完成得很顺利，绩效考核也通过了，但是你最后得到了什么？你的执行能力得到了锻炼，也许还得到了提拔，但是真正学到的东西却很有限，你也很少感受到轻松愉快——总之是有得有失。 </p>
<p>
  <br /><font color="#ff0000">所以为自己设定目标时，先想一想你的目的是什么。如果是为了高效的完成任务，为任务设定详细的工作计划和期限会很有帮助；如果你是真心想学点什么的话，那完全不必把事情划分得太细，设一两个模糊的目标，这对你自己不是什么坏事。看你是重在效率 还是重在学习了。 </font></p>

<p>回想学生时代，你是否想过曾经设定这样的目标：要进入XX大学，考试必须达到XX分，数学要考AA分以上，英语要考BB分以上</p>

<p>《弘兼史教你活用记事本》一书指出，学生时代学会的Know-How,没有道理工作以后就不能使用，先确立自己想要达到的主目标。（例如成立销售业绩第一的业务员），然后以树状展开，将主目标分解成数个阶段目标，就能具体看见自己从现在起该做什么，并以此安排行事历。</p>

<p>本系列的所有文章都转自《經理人月刊.NO.63期.一次學會,筆記的技術》，跟大家分享。</p>
<h3><strong>第一步：确认目标</strong></h3>
<p>回想学生时代，你是否想过曾经设定这样的目标：要进入XX大学，考试必须达到XX分，数学要考AA分以上，英语要考BB分以上</p>
<p>《弘兼史教你活用记事本》一书指出，学生时代学会的Know-How,没有道理工作以后就不能使用，先确立自己想要达到的主目标。（例如成立销售业绩第一的业务员），然后以树状展开，将主目标分解成数个阶段目标，就能具体看见自己从现在起该做什么，并以此安排行事历。</p>

<h3><strong>第二步：用倒推法确定计划：从终点反推</strong></h3>
<p>细致的安排是达成目标的关键。要达成目标，，确认在哪个时间前要做哪些事十分重要。他建议以倒推法来做规划，先计算出下一个阶段目标距离现在大约还有多少时间，据以排出详细的年度计划、月度计划、周计划和日计划。并遂一填写在行事历中。</p>

<h3><strong>第三步：在显眼处写下一年的目标</strong></h3>
<p>思考年度计划是年度目标最终达成的先决条件要素。弘兼建议的作法是，将年度目标从大到小、一项一项写在年行事历的上方明显、或是随身笔记本的第一页，内容必须包括工作、家庭、兴趣等各种年度目标，而且务必写得翔实。</p>
<p>必要时，也可以将各项年度目标加框，或用粗体、颜色特意加以标明，强迫自己每次翻阅行事历时都会注意到，才不会半途而废。</p>

<h3><strong>第四步：年行事历：记下主要活动，把握全体样貌</strong></h3>
<p>有了年度目标之后，接著还应在一年之初，在行事历上填写上已知工作日程、重要企划或私人活动，并用 &lt;&#8211;&gt;标记出哪些时间已被填满，哪些时间仍属空闲，如此就能概算出自己有多少时间完成各项目标。甚至粗略计算出相关花费。弘兼强调以长期视野清楚掌握整体样貌是年行事历最重要的功能。</p>

<h3><strong>第五步：使用记号笔，标记重大事项</strong></h3>
<p>每月开始时，应回头检视年度目标，将当月待办事项填写月行事历，并在空白处醒目地标记。弘兼建议，可以用荧光笔或红笔，将重大预定事项特别标示出来，或是将公事和私事用不同颜色做区分，务必做到一眼分清。不过行事历可写字的空间通常有限，所以文字立求简洁，必须时使用代号也无妨。</p>

<h3><strong>第六步：切割版面，让工作规划更加合理完善</strong></h3>
<p>在行事历上区分出上午和下午、公事和私事等空间，也是私兼推荐的做法，有助于分清当日预定要做的事，是否比重失衡？例如，某天下午时段，陆续被填入6项企划案完成日，显然难以达成，这时就必须尽早从新安排工作。</p>
<p>《笔记女王的手帐活用术》作者林佩玲建议用十字，将月行事历上的每格区分为四象限，分别代表重要、紧急、不重要、不紧急，然后填入当日工作，如此就能知道哪些事属于必办事项，不得遗漏。</p>

<h3><strong>第七步：醒目标示非预期、不确定事项</strong></h3>
<p>订完年度目标和月度目标后，本周目标也必须写在行事历上的醒目位置，做为提醒。</p>
<p>弘兼提醒，除了明确填入出预定的内容、正确的时间、场所、对象、及电话等基本资料之外，也要格外留意和特别标示出不是自己的预定事项（例如周二~周五上司出差）和未确定的预定事项（例如周三下午总部主管可能会来）这两种资讯，因为它们往往会对行动安排产生重大影响，甚至打乱原计划。</p>

<h3><strong>第八步：制订检查表，避免遗忘与拖延</strong></h3>
<p>碰到没有非在某个时间点执行的工作（例如去邮局续订杂志、报纸），林佩玲建议应将此类事项列在每日行事历上方，并画上检核表做为提醒，否则很容易一忙就忘记了，甚至一天拖过一天。</p>

<h3><strong>第九步：使用便利帖，扩充版面空间</strong></h3>
<p>如果因为行事历空间较小，不够写上众多待办事项时，林佩玲建议可用小张便利帖帖在行事历上，以创造额外空间、发挥提醒作用，还可在当日末完成之际，直接将便利帖移动其它时段。</p>
<p>当然如果某件工作不断被延后执行，甚至帖的便利帖都没有粘性了，那就代表这件事基本不必做，可以直接删除了。</p>

<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 对我来说每天阅读一本书不难，难的怎样记录和整理阅读心得。我个人最好阅读记录是一天阅读小说１１本，都是倪匡的。还有一次是一天阅读商务书籍８本。以前坚持每天阅读一本书的最长记录是８３天（包括小说），而且没有做笔记，然后就遇到问题没有坚持下去。每天阅读一书本的条件有：</p>

<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; ２、能找到适合阅读的书，条件包括：内容吸引人、便于理解、薄厚适中</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; ３、身体状态良好（遇到生病或心情不好，比较难坚持）</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; ４、方便随时阅读，比如电子版或图书都放在身边</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 我最喜欢的还是阅读纸面的图书，不过阅读电子版的图书时，做笔记或心得时方便一些。对来我说第二和第四条都是困难所在，找不到合适的书进行阅读，还是就是有一些想读的书找不到。阅读一些经典的书都是阅读好几遍，而且要花好几天。</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 针对我现在的情况，想了一些解决办法：</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; １、培养每天阅读的习惯（已经养成）</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; ２、列出一个阅读清单，分成不同类型，不断的向清单中补充想要阅读书籍。清单的来源书中引用、朋友推荐、豆瓣推荐、在线书店销售清单、博客推荐、书店翻阅、其它途径。（正在形成这个习惯）</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; ３、收集下载足够的电子书籍，分类保存。并找出３０本书，放在最期阅读清单中，方便随时在手机和笔记上阅读。（目前已经收集了几千本电子书，这段时间要花时间整理一下，把短期内要阅读的书籍单独放到一个文件夹中）</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; ４、利用手机阅读书籍（我特意买了一个黑莓8800用来阅读书籍，但有的时候想找到合适TXT版本比较麻烦）</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; ５、每周拿出半天时间去书店或图书馆，进行一次集中阅读，一次阅读３－６本书。（经常会没有时间）</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; ６、为了能理解书中的内容，每阅读完一本书之后（不包括小说），做这本书的思维导图。（比较麻烦的是有时制作一个思维导图要花几个小时或几天）</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; ７、为了更快的摘录心得，必须要提高打字速度。（目前我的打字速度是每分钟７０字左右，要提高到每分钟１００字左右）</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; ８、继续练习影像阅读法（这种方法是我所知道最好的速读方法）</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; ９、要增加博客上的更新次数，进一步分享阅读心得</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 10、想办法找到阅读新书的渠道（新书越来越多，都买是买不起了，目前还没有想到有什么办法可以阅读最新出版的新书）</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 目前就想到了这些，不知道大家还有没有什么好的心得、建议跟我分享。我目前的环境和情况还做不到每天阅读一本书，正在想办法实现这个目标，目前的进度是一周２－３本书左右（不包括小说）。</p>

<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; &#160;每个人都有惰性，而且每天都在惰性进行斗争，而这个斗争在你死之前，是不会停止的。实际每个人都知道，每天应该坚持学习，早起早晚，可是到时候总是因为各种原因放弃。能坚持下来的人，离目标就更近一步。</p>

<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; &#160;<font color="#ff0000">加强意志力最好的办法就是把你要做的事变成习惯。当习惯养成之后，就不需要跟惰性进行斗争，你的身体会自动完成。</font>虽然有很多书中说，培养一个习惯只要21天或30天。但根据我自己的体验，小习惯1个月左右能养成，重要一点的习惯，比如说，每天早起早睡，时间管理或固定时间学习，一般都花了半年或1年才养成，而且还在反复。下面根据我自己的体验给大家一些建议：</p>

<p>         <strong>1、确定一个目标。</strong>在开始加强意志力之前，<span style="color: #0000ff;">你必须要确定一个目标，没有目标，你基本就没有方向。而这个目标，最好要符合SMART标准。并不一定要足够的伟大，个人建议最好是中期目标，就是1-2年内可以实现的。找一个你喜欢的目标，是一个好的开始。</span>我可以给大学举一些有意思的例子。一个朋友的目标是在2年内能看懂花花公子、阁楼之类的刊物，他对这个目标有着非常强劲的动力，每天拿出非常充足的时间去努力学习，结果不到2年这个目标达成了。另一个朋友的目标，成为泡妞专家，从第一个女朋友分手就开始为这个目标而努力，花了1年时间+近8万左右的金钱，终于初步达成目标，估计再有一年，绝对可以在这方面称为专家。在这1年左右的时间，花了全部的业余时间和一部分工作时间，跟超过300人以上聊天、约会。利用各种环境，参加各种学习班，象做项目一样列出各种计划。在计划开始之后，被无数个女人拒绝，不断坚持，最后终于成功。试试你有什么非常想达成的目标么，列出来看看，开始努力吧。</p>
<p>         <strong>2、在实现目标过程，一定会遇到各种阻力。</strong>你会发现当你开始实施这个计划，会遇到各种的阻力，而克服这些阻力的最好办法就是战胜自我。我非常欣赏西班牙人塞涅卡的一个句话：<span style="color: #0000ff;">“不是因为这些事物难以做到我们才失去信心，是因为我们缺乏信心，这些事物才难以做到”。你需要克服恐惧、胆怯、畏难、退缩、犹豫等各种因素，绝不放弃。</span>还记得以前一篇文章吗？只要你想做，一定会想到办法。想放弃，一定会找到借口。</p>
<p>         <strong>3、尝试一下给自己足够的压力。</strong>实际很多人<span style="color: #0000ff;">在足够的压力下意志力会很强。</span>拿学习外语为例，我身边有人定下各种学习计划，总是不能执行下去。但有一天家里人告诉他有个机会让他去留学，而钱已经交了，如果考试不能通过，就没有机会了。结果我第一次开始看到这个人努力的学习外语，用尽全部的空闲时间，每天学习6、7小时也不觉得累，坚持8个月之后，顺序通过考试。还有一个同事天天说减肥，但一直坚持不下去。结果找到一个非常高档的健身中心，交了一大笔费用之前，终于坚持下去。因为交完之后，才知道钱是不退的，如果不按时去，这笔钱就白花了。你也可以试试，找个机会，<span style="color: #0000ff;">对自己狠一点，把自己放到没有退路的环境，</span>会发现你的意志力还可以这样强。</p>
<p>         <strong>4、善待失败。</strong>在执行计划时，常常会失败。<span style="color: #0000ff;">这个时候不要放弃，只能坚持下去。只要你不放弃，失败就会教你走向成功。就是真的不可避免时，也一定要想办法，把失败减到最少，造成的影响，降到最低。当你遭遇失败时，不要了急继续或从新开始，一定要弄清失败的原因，想想下次如何避免这个问题，或再次遇到这个问题，怎样解决。</span></p>
<p>         <strong>5、全力坚持。</strong>很多时候，你的目标并不是自己真正想要，而且会非常讨厌它。这个时候只能坚持，<span style="color: #0000ff;">当你坚持到一定程度时会发现已经麻木快受不到了，这个时候只要在坚持一下，环境和事物就会产生变动，向好的方向发展。</span></p>
<p>         <strong>6、自己给自己一些奖励。</strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">在实行计划过程，很可能会非常的枯燥，一点意思也能没有。这个时候，你可以自己给自己一些奖励。达到一个阶段或坚持不下去的时候，让自己放松一下，</span>可以多花一点钱，去旅游、好好吃一顿、做个全身按摩、买件自己喜欢的衣服，好好玩一次。奖励结束之后，在重新开始计划，会更有动力。</p>
<p>         <strong>7、想办法减少阻力。</strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">花些时间仔细考虑一下，是否可以利用身边的环境，减少一些阻力。比如找个一同学习的人（身边找不到，可以在网上找）。把每天要完成的计划，排在第一位。是否可以花钱去参加最好的学习班，或利用金钱找个专家来帮助你。求助身边的朋友或同学，帮你完成一些麻烦、简单或琐碎的事情。</span></p>

<p>　　我从世界记忆运动委员会（WMSC）的网站上查到以下说明：</p>
<p>　　&ldquo;世界记忆大师&rdquo;（Grand Master of Memory）荣誉称号的获得有着严格的评判标准，必须同时达到以下三个项目的成绩标准才可以被授予&ldquo;世界记忆大师&rdquo;称号：</p>
<p>　　1、&ldquo;一小时扑克牌&rdquo;（Hour Cards）成绩达到10幅牌（520张）以上；</p>
<p>　　2、&ldquo;一小时记数&rdquo;（Hour Numbers）成绩达到1000个数字以上；</p>
<p>　　3、&ldquo;一副扑克牌&rdquo;（Speed Cards）记忆时间在2分钟以内；</p>
<p>　　这就是说，如果参加世界脑力锦标赛中能够达到以上三个标准，那么你就将获得&ldquo;世界记忆大师&rdquo;的称号，被世界记忆界认可。</p>
<p>　　按上面这个标准可以看出，想成为&ldquo;世界记忆大师&rdquo;对不是什么太难的事情。估计需要３－８月左右的练习时间。&ldquo;世界记忆大师&rdquo;的称号像是一个资格认证，像是一条及格线，比如毕业考试60分及格，只要考到这个分数的人都能拿到毕业证书。我把取得这个称号，放到我的中期目标中，不知道我要花多长时间才能达成这个目标。</p>
<p>　　&ldquo;世界记忆大师&rdquo;的称号，对于某些人来说标准很低，得到Wsop的金手链或进入决赛的人，大都能达到这个标准。曾经听一个朋友跟说过。在这个圈子中最顶尖的几个人，都被列在世界赌博联盟－黑明单中，禁止进入或参加联盟所包括的赌场。在进入Las Vegas的几大赌场时，都有专人陪在身边，以防止参加赌博。</p>

　　第一步很容易达到，不管你学习任何知识或技能，你需要有一个宏观的目标，确定一个方向，明确自己

　　（2）所有人都有特定的目标。他们把那些目标分成几个可以达到的目标。 

　　有了一个方向之后，就需要把这个目标分解，分为几个小一点的目标，然后按SMART标准来制定一个详细一点的学习计划。

<p>　　<strong><font color="#ff0000">（4）他们都有远见，他们学会了将他们的目标视觉化。 </font></strong></p>
<p>　　<font color="#ff0000">把目标写下来，想象达成之后的样子，每天复习自己的目标。</font></p>
<p>　　<strong><font color="#ff0000">（5）他们都充满激情。</font></strong></p>
<p><strong>　　</strong><font color="#0000ff">想办法把目标跟自己兴趣结合在一起，让学习充满兴趣和激情。当你对自己的计划充满激情时去学习，就是学习很长时间也不会觉得累，而当别人强迫你去学习自己不喜欢的事情，你会觉得每一分钟都很漫长。</font></p>
<p>　　<strong><font color="#ff0000">（6）每个人都有一个教练、私人教师和指导。 </font></strong></p>
<p><strong>　　</strong><font color="#0000ff">你要知道一点：<strong>每个伟大的运动员身后有一个教练。</strong>教练能使你避免很多湾路，指出你的错误。当你学习时，一定要想办法找一个你能请到最好的教练或指导来帮助。没有钱并不是一个借口，只要你想一定会找出方法。发动一下身边的同事、同学和朋友，看看有没有人能帮你。去书店、图书馆去查找资料。利用网络找到兴趣相同的人或请教专家。只要你真的全力以赴去找，一定能找到可以帮助你的人。</font></p>
<p>　　<strong><font color="#ff0000">（7）所有体育运动成就者对错误都有极为积极的态度。 </font></strong></p>
<p>　　<font color="#0000ff">他们甚至不把错误当作错误，他们把错误当作实习。你必须要知道正是错误才能使掌握所学到的知识，遇到的错误越多，越能帮助认识自己的不足。如果你从来都没有遇到错误，那只能证明你并没有真正掌握所学到的知识或技能。</font></p>
<p>　　<strong><font color="#ff0000">（8）他们都通过实干而有所成就。 </font></strong></p>
<p>　　<font color="#0000ff">所有的成绩都来自于行动。他们有着对他们来说真正重要的事情，有着他们真正想做的事情或成就的目标。我们称之　　为热情（passion）。&rdquo;</font></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff">　　&ldquo;他们能真正清楚地看到目标，并且&lsquo;怎样实现目标&rsquo;的景象会魔术般地开始出现。当目标还遥不可及时，他们会想象着做通向目标之路上所有细小的步骤。我们称之为远见（vision）。&rdquo;</font></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff">　　&ldquo;最后，他们的每天工作都按照计划，这将使他们距离梦想更近了一步。我们称之为行动（action）。&rdquo;</font></p>
<p><strong><font color="#0000ff">　　&ldquo;热情＋远见＋行动＝成功。&rdquo;</font></strong></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff"><strong>　　</strong>每天按照计划去行动，是所有步骤中最为重要的一步。如果你不能坚持自己的计划，你永远不会达成自己的梦想。</font></p>
