<p>　　<font color="#0000ff">1。大脑喜欢色彩。</font>平时使用高质量的有色笔或使用有色纸，颜色能帮助记忆。</p>
<p>　　<font color="#0000ff">2。大脑集中精力最多只有25分钟。</font>这是对成人而言，所以学习20到30分钟后就应该休息10分钟。你可以利用这段时间做点家务，10分钟后再回来继续学习，效果会更好。</p>
<p>　　<font color="#0000ff">3。大脑需要休息，才能学得快，记得牢。</font>如果你感到很累，先拿出20分钟小睡一会儿再继续学习。</p>
<p>　　<font color="#0000ff">4。大脑像发动机，它需要燃料。</font>大脑是一台珍贵而复杂的机器，所以你必须给它补充“优质燃料”。垃圾食品、劣质食品、所有化学制品和防腐剂，不仅损害身体，还削弱智力。英国一项新研究显示，饮食结构影响你的智商。</p>
<p>　　<font color="#0000ff">5。大脑是一个电气化学活动的海洋。</font>电和化学物质在水里能更好地流动，如果你脱水，就无法集中精力。专家建议，日常生活要多喝水，保持身体必需的水分，而且一天最好不要饮用相同的饮料，可以交换着喝矿泉水、果汁和咖啡等。另外，研究资料显示，经常性头痛和脱水有关。</p>
<p>　　<font color="#0000ff">6。大脑喜欢问题。</font>当你在学习或读书过程中提出问题的时候，大脑会自动搜索答案，从而提高你的学习效率。从这个角度说，一个好的问题胜过一个答案。</p>
<p>　　<font color="#0000ff">7。大脑和身体有它们各自的节奏周期。</font>一天中大脑思维最敏捷的时间有几段，如果你能在大脑功能最活跃的时候学习，就能节省很多时间，会取得很好的学习效果。</p>
<p>　　<font color="#0000ff">8。大脑和身体经常交流。</font>如果身体很懒散，大脑就会认为你正在做的事情一点都不重要，大脑也就不会重视你所做的事情。所以，在学习的时候，你应该端坐、身体稍微前倾，让大脑保持警觉。</p>
<p>　　<font color="#0000ff">9。气味影响大脑。</font>香料对保持头脑清醒有一定功效。薄荷、柠檬和桂皮都值得一试。</p>

<p>　　<font color="#0000ff">14。大脑并不知道你不能做哪些事情，所以需要你告诉它。</font>用自言自语的方式对大脑说话，但是不要提供消极信息，用积极的话代替它。</p>
<p>　　<font color="#0000ff">15。大脑如同肌肉。无论在哪个年龄段，大脑都是可以训练和加强的。</font>毫无疑问，不要寻找任何借口。不要整天呆在家里无所事事，这只能使大脑老化的速度加快。专业运动员每天都要训练，才能有突出表现。所以你一定要“没事找事”，不要让大脑老闲着。</p>

<p>　　■频繁倒时差会损坏记忆</p>
<p>　　经常性倒时差会给大脑的健康带来危害。如果一个人经常横渡许多时区，他的大脑将会受到损害并带来记忆方面的问题。其罪魁祸首可能是大脑在人们频繁倒时差的过程中释放的应激激素，应激激素会损坏顶叶和记忆。不过，一般人大可不必为此担忧，除非您为航空公司工作，否则很少有人会几乎每两个星期就会横跨多个时区飞行一次。此外，轮班工作者也面临同样的危险。与经常性倒时差一样，频繁改变工作时间也会给身体和大脑带来压力。</p>
<p>　　■大脑难辨噪音中的来电</p>
<p>　　在一个喧闹的环境中打手机是相当困难的。当在一个嘈杂的屋子里打手机时，噪音会进入话筒并通过手机电路与对方的声音混合在一起，这样，大脑的负担就增加了，由于这些声音相似并混合在一起，大脑很难将它们分辨出来。此时，如果将话筒捂住，效果就会好很多。</p>
<p>　　■电子枪战游戏有益大脑</p>
<p>　　如果能持续紧张地处理多重任务，大脑同时处理多个事情的能力就会得到提高。一个有效的锻炼方法就是玩电脑枪战游戏，你必须在敌人打中你之前尽可能多地击毙他们。这种游戏要求你将注意力在屏幕上进行有效的分配，这样，你就可以迅速发现敌人并作出反应。</p>
<p>　　虽然我们不应鼓励孩子们玩电子枪战游戏，但我们也应该了解这些游戏有其可取之处。</p>
<p>　　■大脑有个“笑话中心”</p>
<p>　　不管听哪种笑话，大脑中央前额皮层有一个区域都比较活跃，而且其活跃程度与笑话的可笑程度明显相关，这个区域就是大脑前部的额叶。此前的研究表明，这一区域与获得报偿和奖赏的愉快感觉有关。大脑通过不同的途径接受笑话，然后将其输送到这一区域，从而评估值不值得为这个笑话发出笑声。</p>
<p>　　■大脑对序列情有独钟</p>
<p>　　对于很多人来说，记住一首歌或者一首歌的某些段落相当困难，但对序列的记忆却情有独钟。其实，人们在生活中总是不得不记住一些序列性的东西，例如记住高速公路出口的名字等。只有记住这些序列，每天的生活才可能有效地进行。</p>
<p>　　■大脑误会让人见光喷嚏</p>
<p>　　有的人一见到阳光或灯光就鼻腔发痒，容易打喷嚏。还有人打不出喷嚏时，看到强光后一下子就打了出来。这是为什么呢？</p>
<p>　　打喷嚏的作用相当明显，那就是将进入鼻腔的异物驱逐出去。打喷嚏的控制中心位于大脑内部的侧延脑区域，这个区域的损伤就意味着我们失去打喷嚏的能力。由于眼睛和鼻子的知觉受到同一条三叉神经的支配，当从强烈阳光进入眼睛时，喷嚏控制中心常常误以为对鼻子的刺激，故以喷嚏的形式欲将其异物驱逐出去。</p>
<p>　　■人不能自己挠痒自己笑</p>
<p>　　当别人替你挠痒痒的时候，你会大笑不止；但当你自己给自己挠痒痒时，却从来不会发出笑声，这是为什么呢？原来，你在别人给你挠痒时发出笑声，这是人类的一种与生俱来对抗恐惧的本能反应，它是人的小脑在起作用。当人自己挠自己时，人的小脑会发出一个信号，告诉大脑的其他部分，不要对这种刺激给予反应。但是，当被别人挠痒时，即便人预先知道，但小脑却不会发出警告信号，大脑会对外来刺激立刻作出反应，人就会觉得特别痒了。</p>
<p>　　■打哈欠让大脑变得清醒</p>
<p>　　虽然打哈欠常常与困意联系在一起，但它的实际作用却是让大脑变得清醒。打哈欠可以使我们的咽喉得以扩张，从而使更多的空气进入肺部；这样，更多氧气便进入到我们的血液里，我们因此变得更为机敏。许多脊椎动物都有打哈欠的能力，这其中包括所有的哺乳动物以及半数以上的鸟类，胎儿在12周以后就会打哈欠了。</p>
<p>　　■高度能让大脑产生幻觉</p>
<p>　　当达到一定高度的时候，人们会有一些视觉和感觉上的幻觉，有时候甚至会有情感上的突变。在攀登到海拔2400米以上之后，许多登山者会突然看不见身边的同伴，一些人还会看见光从自己或者其他人身上发射出来，有些人甚至看到了自己的第二个身体或者突然有种恐惧感。在科学家看来，这只不过是一种高原病。由于缺氧，大脑内部控制视觉、听觉甚至情感活动的区域受到了干扰，从而使人产生各种各样的幻觉。(《广州日报》)</p>

<p>　　在这次研究中，Baram及他的同事还发现了一个新细节，而压力正是通过这个途径来产生副作用的。他们发现，影响学习和记忆的并不是由人们熟知的遍布全身的激素皮质醇造成的，而是强大的压力激发了一部分分子（促肾上腺皮质激素），由它所释放的荷尔蒙扰乱了大脑收集、储存信息的过程。</p>
<p>　　当神经元的突触（两个神经元之间或神经元与效应器细胞之间相互接触、并借以传递信息的部位）传递信息时，人们才能进行学习和记忆。这些突触存在于神经元的突出（树突刺）这样的特殊神经元分支上。</p>
<p>　　在鼠科动物试验中，Baram研究组发现海马体（大脑皮质的一个内褶区，进行学习和记忆的地方）中促肾上腺皮质激素的释放迅速破坏了树突刺，这样便影响了突触对信息的收集和储存。</p>
<p>　　研究还发现，用促肾上腺皮质激素受体分子阻止激素之间的相互作用可以消除压力对海马体细胞树突刺的伤害。</p>
<p>　　除此之外，研究者们还通过注射少量的合成促肾上腺皮质激素模拟压力对树突刺的影响，观察树突刺在几分钟内收缩的状况。Baram说：“幸运的是，当我们移除促肾上腺皮质激素的时候，树突刺又恢复了原来的样子。”</p>
<p>　　Baram还提到他们正在研究一种物质，它能阻止促肾上腺皮质激素受体的运作，而且这次研究为一种全新疗法的发明奠定了良好的理论基础。这种疗法以正在研究的物质为基础，且能处理由压力导致的学习及记忆损害的问题。</p>
<p>　　这篇报告刊登在3月12日《神经科学杂志》上，加州大学欧文分校的Yuncai Chen， Celine Dubé 和 Courtney Burgdorff也参与了此次研究。此次研究由美国国立卫生研究院赞助支持。</p>

<p>　　现代营养学研究发现，进食过饱后，大脑中被称为“纤维芽细胞生长因子”的物质会明显增多。</p>
<p>　　这些纤维芽细胞生长因子能使毛细血管内皮细胞和脂肪增多，促使动脉粥样硬化，出现大脑早衰和智力减退等现象。</p>
<p>　　<strong>轻视早餐</strong></p>
<p>　　不吃早餐会使人的血糖低于正常供给，对大脑的营养供应不足，久而久之对大脑有害。对此，早餐质量与智力发展也有密切联系。据研究，一般吃高蛋白早餐的儿童在课堂上的最佳思维普遍相对延长，而吃素的儿童情绪和精力下降相对较快。</p>
<p>　　<strong>甜食过量</strong></p>
<p>　　甜食过量的儿童往往智商较低。这是因为儿童脑部的发育离不开食物中充足的蛋白质和维生素，而甜食会损害胃口，降低食欲，减少对高蛋白和多种维生素的摄入，导致机能营养不良，从而影响大脑发育。</p>
<p>　　<strong>睡眠不足</strong></p>
<p>　　大脑消除疲劳的主要方式是睡眠。长期睡眠不足或质量太差只会加速脑细胞的衰退，聪明人也会变得糊涂起来。</p>
<p>　　<strong>长期吸烟</strong></p>
<p>　　德国医学家的研究表明，长年吸烟使脑组织呈现不同程度萎缩，易患老年痴呆。因为长期吸烟可引起脑动脉硬化，日久导致大脑供血不足，神经细胞变性，继而发生脑萎缩。</p>
<p>　　<strong>少言寡语</strong></p>
<p>　　大脑中有专司语言的叶区，经常说话也会促进大脑的发育，并能起到锻炼大脑的功能。平常应该多说一些内容丰富、有较强哲理性或逻辑性的话。整日沉默寡言、不苟言笑的人不一定聪明。</p>
<p>　　<strong>蒙头睡觉</strong></p>
<p>　　人在蒙头睡觉时，随着被子里二氧化碳浓度升高，氧气浓度不断下降，长期吸进潮湿污浊的空气，对大脑危害极大。</p>
<p>　　<strong>不愿动脑</strong></p>
<p>　　思考是锻炼大脑的最佳方法。只有多动脑筋，勤于思考，人才能变得更聪明。反之，不愿意动脑筋只能加速大脑的退化，聪明人也会变得愚笨。</p>
<p>　　<strong>带病用脑</strong></p>
<p>　　在身体不适或患病时，勉强坚持学习或工作不仅效率低下，而且还容易造成大脑损害。</p>
<p>　　另外，大脑是全身耗氧量最大的器官，平均每分钟消耗氧气500至600升，只有充足的氧气供应才能提高大脑的工作效率。因此，在工作学习的时候，一定要讲究周围环境的空气卫生</p>

<p>　　大脑中有万亿个神经细胞不停地进行着繁重的活动，饮食在大脑正常运转中发挥着十分重要的作用。</p>
<p>　　成年人的大脑只占总体重的2%，但它要用掉总能量的20%。供给大脑低能量食物，它就会运行不力；供给高能量的食物，它就能流畅、高效地工作。</p>
<p>　　因此，知道供给大脑正确的“大脑食物”，是提高学习能力的起始步骤之一。</p>
<p>　　一、大脑营养</p>
<p>　　有些食物不仅有助于发展智力，使思维更敏捷，精力更集中，增强记忆力，全面提高学习能力，激发人的创造力和想像力，而且还可以帮助人应付压力，克服因思维迟钝引起的郁闷情绪，消除疼痛。</p>
<p>　　1乙酰胆碱和卵磷脂</p>
<p>　　美、英、加等国最近研究指出，大脑功能、记忆力强弱除靠积极的锻炼和掌握记忆的规律外，与大脑中乙酰胆碱含量密切相关。</p>
<p>　　乙酰胆碱是食物中的卵磷脂消化后释放出的胆碱，再通过血液循环被脑组织细胞吸收，再与醋酸结合而生成的，有增强记忆力的作用，效果可持续4～5个小时。有节律地供给足够的胆碱，可以避免60岁左右的老人常患的记忆力衰退症，对各年龄段的人的记忆力衰退均有改善作用。</p>
<p>　　在考试前约一个半小时进食富含卵磷脂的食物，可使人更添胜算。试验表明，卵磷脂可使人的智力提高25%。</p>
<p>　　胆碱含量丰富的食物有：大麦芽、花生、鸡蛋、小牛肝、全麦粉、大米、鳟鱼、薄壳山核桃等。</p>
<p>　　2蛋白质</p>
<p>　　充分的蛋白质是大脑功能的必需品。许多国际象棋冠军在令人精疲力竭的比赛开始前，饮食都以蛋白质为主。蛋白质，尤其是鱼，是重要的健脑食品。但是在正餐时，是先吃鱼还是先吃碳水化合物呢？蛋白质中的两种竞争的氨基酸&#8211;硌氨酸和色氨酸竞先进入大脑发挥作用。最先进入大脑灰质细胞的起整体影响作用。</p>
<p>　　硌氨酸对敏锐的思维、长期记忆、回忆以及总的清醒程度起着决定性的作用，如果先到达大脑，就会刺激大脑连续几个小时保持精神高度集中，思维非常清晰，战胜紧张及抑郁。</p>
<p>　　色氨酸能导致睡眠、全面减慢神经传递及反应速度，如果先到达大脑，就会产生瞌睡、懒散的精神状态，导致智商暂时下降，这就是为什么在丰盛的午餐后容易昏昏欲睡的原因。</p>
<p>　　如在饭后想保持专心警醒，要先吃蛋白质食品，后吃碳水化合物，即先吃鱼，后吃土豆、主食；如饭后想松弛一下或小睡一会儿，那就先吃主食。先吃什么是膳食即时影响脑力的关键。如果脑力工作者需整天保持头脑敏锐，就要以高蛋白早餐开始，午餐就应是高蛋白质、低碳水化合物，而碳水化合物食物后吃。</p>
<p>　　在海产品、豆类、禽类、肉类中含有大量硌氨酸，这是主要的大脑刺激物质；而在谷类、面包、乳制品、土豆、面条、香蕉、葵花籽等食品中含有丰富的色氨酸，虽然也是人脑所需要的食物，但往往在一定时间内有直接抑制脑力的作用，食后容易引起困倦感。</p>
<p>　　3葡萄糖</p>
<p>　　大脑每天需要100～150克的糖。但神经系统中含糖量很少，必须靠血液随时供给葡萄糖。当血糖下降时，脑的耗氧量下降，轻者会感到疲倦，不能集中精力学习，重者会昏迷。</p>
<p>　　尤其容易发生在不吃早餐者身上。新鲜水果和蔬菜、谷类、豆类含有丰富的葡萄糖。</p>
<p>　　4维生素</p>
<p>　　维生素A、B、C对抽象思维和良好的记忆很有帮助。</p>
<p>　　维C被称为脑力泵，是最高水平的脑力活动所必需的物质，可以提高约5个智商指数。</p>
<p>　　大脑对维C的需求比人体所有其他部位需求的总量多出近15倍。脑内维C的浓度比其他部位高出100倍以上。严重缺乏维C，会表现出轻微的坏血病症状，长期忧郁、暴躁易怒、疲乏劳累，心理模糊。由于人体本身并不产生维C，所以只能通过饮食来获取。</p>
<p>　　缺乏维B1，会导致抑郁状态，一次研究中发现，精神病院的神经错乱病人里有1/4缺乏维生素B1；缺乏维生素B2，即使是心理稳定的人也会出现忧郁、暴躁及恐惧症状；缺乏维生素B6，会降低血清素，而血清素较少就会导致抑郁症；缺乏维生素B12，表现为情绪失控或长期疲乏，易被误认为是早衰。</p>
<p>　　维E是脑功能卫士，保护神经细胞膜和脑组织免受破坏脑力的自由基的侵袭，延长寿命，减缓衰老。含量丰富的食物有坚果油、种籽油、豆油、大麦芽、谷物、坚果、鸡蛋及深色叶类蔬菜。</p>
<p>　　维A也保护大脑神经细胞免受自由基侵害。含量丰富的食物有动物肝脏、鱼油、胡萝卜、菠菜、散叶甘蓝、甘薯、南瓜、杏、番木瓜等，以及所有的黄色或橙色蔬菜。</p>
<p>　　维生素严重缺乏者可服药补充，但应遵医嘱，不可过量。</p>
<p>　　5矿物质</p>
<p>　　一定矿物质也是活跃大脑的必要元素。钠、锌、镁、钾、铁、钙、硒、铜可以防止记忆退化和神经系统的衰老，增强系统对自由基的抵抗力。许多水果、蔬菜都含有丰富的矿物质。</p>
<p>　　缺铁会减少注意、延迟理解力和推理能力的发展，损害学习和记忆，使学习成绩下降；缺钠会减少大脑信息接收量；锌能增强记忆力和智力，防止老年痴呆，缺锌可使人昏昏欲睡，萎靡不振，儿童发育停滞；缺钾会厌食、恶心、呕吐、迷睡；钙可以活跃神经介质，提高记忆效率，缺钙会引起神经错乱、失眠、痉挛；缺镁，人体卵磷脂的合成会受到抑制，引起疲惫、记忆力减退。</p>

<p>　　<strong><font color="#3366ff">①、环境污染使得自由基到处可见。</font></strong></p>
<p>　　如X光、微波、核辐射，有毒重金属（如在民用水中发现的铝、镉）、烟雾、食物化学添加剂、香烟产生的烟、汽车废气、氢化处理植物油和人造不饱和脂肪代用品，比如人造奶油、催化加氧植物油、不含乳制品的奶油、多数瓶装沙拉调料，以及质量低劣的食用油。</p>
<p>　　人一旦吃进这样的产品（加工过的食品、饭店及快餐店食品），它们就在人体中形成自由基。用这样的油高温加工食品（油炸食品如炸薯条），会使其氧化速度加快，释放更多的自由基。而大部分自由基都会进入大脑，大脑是人体最容易受到自由基攻击的部位。</p>
<p>　　因此，改掉不良饮食习惯，抵制由于污染带来的对大脑的损害，是需要我们特别关注的。</p>
<p>　　<strong><font color="#3366ff">②、高脂肪食品。</font></strong></p>
<p>　　加拿大科学家研究发现，高脂饮食会损害记忆及注意力集中能力。吃高脂食物的老鼠，无论在记忆、学习及注意力集中能力方面，都明显减弱。 经过3个月后，学习及记忆会出现严重功能障碍。</p>
<p>　　<strong><font color="#3366ff">③、烟酒：过量烟酒会破坏大脑细胞合成蛋白质，造成记忆力衰退。</font></strong></p>
<p>　　美国一位脑科学家实验研究饮酒对反应速度的作用，发现喝一瓶红葡萄酒前后，反应快慢相差近3倍。酒精在大脑产生一种脂肪酸化合物，使人进入迷醉状态，不仅降低反应速度，而且袭击语言、情绪、记忆。长期酗酒，会造成记忆力严重衰退，想要恢复记忆，需要8年的时间。烟民每吸一支香烟，会减少体内25毫克的维生素C。</p>
<p>　　<strong><font color="#3366ff">④、避免受到重金属污染的水和食物。</font></strong></p>
<p>　　铅、铝等重金属一旦进入人体，很难排出体外，长期摄入，会造成早老性痴呆。因此，长期用铝制餐具、炊具，或喜爱食用加入明矾的食物，如油条、粉条等，会增加体内铝含量。而过量食用含铅的松花蛋会造成铅中毒。同样，喝水也应避免污染，最好喝比较纯净的水。</p>
<p>　　<strong><font color="#3366ff">⑤、关注电磁污染。</font></strong></p>
<p>　　我们日常环境中的电磁污染都可引起思维混乱、记忆模糊、抑郁和脑功能受损。如空调、电视、电脑。美国科学家测试发现，当向被试者释放一种家电很普通的微弱电磁场时，他们的短时记忆下降了。前苏联的测试表明，低频电磁场可引起多动症和干扰睡眠习惯，损害记忆和逻辑思维。来自电视广播发射塔、高圧电线、机场、雷达、家电的辐射，会产生电子烟雾，可影响记忆，导致学习能力丧失、大脑和行为混乱、造成抑郁症。</p>
