　　我们在学习时，由于时间过长，或休息不好，常会感到大脑昏昏沉沉的，还伴有头疼等症状。这时你只需依下面的方法做，就可快速消除疲劳。

　　<font color="#0000ff">其方法是：将两手用力搓热（搓热了效果才好），然后两手十指交叉叠放在后脑部（象枕枕头一样），背部后靠在椅背上。</font>

　　你可别小看了这么一个小动作，你试试看，几乎在两手掌放在脑后，背部后靠的一瞬间，你的大脑就犹如注入了新动力一样，立刻就清醒了。既而后脑温温热热，如温水沐浴般舒适，几分钟就可消除大脑疲劳。

　　<font color="#0000ff">两手掌不限于哪一部位，可以在后脑、两侧太阳穴及感觉难受的部位都捂一会儿，直到舒适为止。一般只需2—3分钟的时间就可消除疲劳、不适感。手掌感觉不太热了，可再搓搓，然后再捂上。</font>

<p>　　这个原理同电流的原理是一样的。大家知道电流同水一样是从高处流向低处的，大脑由于疲劳，其部位的生物电流就低，手掌搓热后，产生的高位电流（手掌本来就比其它身体部位的生物电流要高，再一搓热就更高了）自然就会流向低处—大脑疲劳部位。这种生物电远比物理上的热能更容易渗透到身体的组织中去，所以它能很迅捷地消除大脑疲劳。如果你好奇，不妨在疲劳时用热水袋等物理疗法做一下对比，看究竟是手掌搓热的疗效快，还是物理疗法快！</p>
<p>　　另外，在应用这一方法搓手时，人多的场合要注意不要搓出声响，可慢慢的用力搓，动作也不要太大，以免惹得旁人侧目，引起误会。</p>
<p>　　最后，奉劝大家要科学用脑，给大家必要的、足够的休处、补充能量的时间，这样才能更好的学习、生活、工作。</p>
<p>　　<strong>二、消除眼睛疲劳的有效手段</strong></p>
<p>　　上时间看书或上网、看电视会使眼睛疲劳，产生干涩、流泪、疼痛等不适症状，我们告诉几种方法可使你能很快摆脱不适。</p>
<p>　　<font color="#0000ff">A、仍旧先将两手搓热，然后空心掌扣在两眼上（掌指间闭严，不使透光）在此状态下睁开眼睛，缓慢的左右各转几圈。撤手，反复做几次</font></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff"></font><font color="#000000">　　</font>B、食指、拇指同时挤按两眼间的鼻梁凹陷处，即睛明穴，眼眶四周及太阳穴也按揉一下，闭一会眼睛，就会消除眼部疲劳。</p>
<p>　　用眼一段时间后，要主动让其休息一会儿，只有这样才能让眼睛多为你做工作。</p>
