<li>一是说明资料收集得太多了，消化太少了，要多消化少收集； </li>
<li>二是关键词定得不合理，要优化； </li>
<li>三是太长时间不用的东西，没有整理的价值，不如使用Google。 </li>
</ul>
<p>妖师：<br />
  <br />1. 尽量使用标准的名称作为关键词，备注其它常用名称。此之谓“交叉参考” </p>
<p>2. 积累的素材，先不要分区，首先每个笔记本下建一个分区，首次积累的材料都放这里面。保证每周至少复习一次。 </p>
<p>3. 材料积累的多了就要分组，分组多了再往各个笔记本分区里面塞。 </p>
<p>4. 如果有新的构思将材料分类，那就花几分钟把之前的笔记页都划分一下区位。将某些不重新分区的，复制粘贴到新区里面去。或者做一个链接。此时多花几分钟，可以省去以后若干小时的麻烦。趁着思路清晰的时候做整理，胜过将来要用时到处查找。 </p>
<p>5. 最好的办法，是把积累的材料按照重要程度分级，保证至少每个月把最重要的材料复习一遍。 </p>
<p></p>
<p>最好是自己把有用的都用自己的语言梳理一遍。之后只要看一看自己的总结，就能有效的管理涉及的所有资料了。最好的还是多复习。复习才是王道。 </p>

<p>积累之后每月多花三五小时复习，工作时候或许能节约三五天</p>

<p>多爱英：<br />
  <br />1.收集多少 不能靠能否进行有效的管理 而界定 ,而是靠是否需要界定 ,这点现在还不好判断&#160; <br />2.关键词定的合理 还需要有专门的地方来记录 其层次结构. 关系&#160; <br />3.需要使用处理状态 对内容进行明确标记&#160; 参考?&#160; 搜索? 信息.收集 ? 资料.评估? 资料.下载? 资料.阅读? 等等 </p>
<p>多爱英：onenote里面应该是&#160; 可参考&#160; 搜索&#160; 还没有消化为 知识的 资料 或者是信息</p>
<p>战隼：强迫自己把收集的内容给浓缩之后，从新写下来。<br />
  <br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 应该是舍弃可有可无的内容，整理有用的内容 </p>

<p>isky：比如，一个主题，你今天弄的很清楚，很明白了。透透的了。。。这个月末整理的时候你就毫不犹豫删去了这个主题，因为无用但是到了年末，你又碰上了，由于一年没接触记忆模糊了，或者干脆忘记了，，那你年初的删除了，那就可惜了或者说不应该了</p>
<p>战&#160;&#160;&#160; 隼：实际出现这种情况，第一是你理解的不深入，第二这个知识你基本上不常用。</p>
<p>妖师：我的评判标准是，五年内用不到的东西，都是没用的。舍弃掉</p>
<p>战&#160;&#160;&#160; 隼：如果你建立自己的知识库，随时把你心得记录下来，基本上不会发生这种事。</p>
<p>知识管理，实际上很简单的，收集，定期整理，用自己的话，记录学到的东西，反思，实践，改进。不断的重复这个过程，形成良性循环</p>

<p>isky：但对于那些不太用的资料呢。老整理好像比较勉强。这些资料时间就久了多了就容易找不到</p>
<p>战&#160;&#160;&#160; 隼：对于这类的东西，如果不是你关注的方向，可以舍弃。当你开始关心这个方面时，你会发现能找到更多更好的资料</p>
<p>今晚我不思考:但如果让我讨论的话，因为之前关于PKM的讨论太久了，说短一点，从资料-》知识，有很多资料和信息具有时效性的特点，有很多资料和信息也具有技术性和工具性的特点，要经过很多次分类整理归纳提炼的步骤，到最后出来的是极少数东西，思想，而思想要用于实践，实践中反思思想的根源是否正确，PDCA循环</p>

<p> 前几天跟朋友聊天时，无意聊到“信息过载”这个话题。正好今天的文章谈这个话题。有了互联网之后，大家都会发现信息的获取越来越方便，渠道多样。但同时也会发现面临下载问题：</p>

  <li><font color="#008000">获取高质量的信息成本越来越高。</font></li>

  <li><font color="#008000">浪费的时间越来越多。比如点开一个新闻站点之后可能会不知不觉浪费很多时间来看新闻</font></li>

  <li><font color="#008000">心态越来越浮躁，很难静下心来去思考和吸引知识。网络上的文章都以快餐化为主，看整本书的人越来越少。</font></li>

  <li><font color="#008000">注意力非常容易就会分散。比如ＩＭ、邮件、RSS、Twitter、电话、短信、游戏等等。</font></li>

<p>我目前的应对办法如下：</p>
<p><font color="#ff0000">1、明确自己的目标，确定自己目前信息获取的关注范围。部分方向包括：学习研究（细分的方向在10种左右）、沟通方式、财务自由、国学、中医保健及养生、宏观经济学、厨艺、IT、外语等方面。</font></p>
<p><font color="#ff0000">2、在每个系统中建立自己的知识框架，应用知识管理来不断完善，同时记录心得。</font></p>
<p><font color="#ff0000">3、形成自己的GTD系统，不断完善和改进。</font></p>
<p><font color="#ff0000">4、定期进行反馈和思考</font></p>
<p><font color="#ff0000">5、把身边的信息源划分不同层次，明确轻重缓急</font></p>
<p><font color="#ff0000">6、拿出固定时间来放松自己，缓解压力</font></p>
<p>上面谈的东西都比较笼统，说的都是大方向，下面给出一些更为具体的建议</p>
<p><font color="#0000ff">1、对于遇到信息过载的人，说白了就是个人的目标不明确不具体，不清楚自己到底是需要什么信息，才会觉得信息越来越多。当你的目标明确之后，会发现高质量的信息还是很少。</font></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff">2、强烈推荐学习快速阅读和思维导图，会发现带来的好处越出想象，同时节省大量时间</font></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff">3、学习从无到有建设一个知识框架，并记录每一步的心得和反思</font></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff">4、目前获得信息质量最好的办法还是书籍，网络上的信息质量越高，付出的时间成本就越大</font></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff">5、尽可能少的去阅读新闻，新闻95%以上都对你的本人无效，同时会浪费大量时间</font></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff">6、学习GTD，提高时间有效利用率</font></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff">7、象IM、Twitter这类的东西能不用就用，浪费的时间会越出你的想象。象偷菜之类的网页游戏也少玩，或者想办法不玩。</font></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff">8、你不是神不可能把一切做得完美，不要过于极端</font></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff">9、学习利用手机来帮助自己</font></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff">10、找出放松自己的办法，比如游戏、运动。</font></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff">11、利用网络书店、社区、豆瓣、博客和朋友推荐的方式来得到书籍阅读清单，应用速读在书店和图书馆快速略读和路读来寻找自己对有帮助的书籍</font></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff">12、学好英语，网络上很大部分的资料还是英文的</font></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff">13、同时进行多任务操作，会分散你的注意力，要学习集中注意力，并练习延长集中的时间。</font></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff">14、想办法建立或加入一个与你目标相同或相近的圈子，会对你有很大的帮助。</font></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff">15、定期的反思和改进，非常重要，一定要养成这个习惯</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">上面是我给的建议，不知道你目前是怎么做的，希望大家能分享自己的经验。</font></p>
